Loans for planning enhancement

Loans to enable you to purchase a property and then obtain a planning permission are available in amounts from £100,000. We would normally expect these loans to be repaid within 6 months.

The amount you can borrow will depend upon the nature of the property and its value. To learn more about loans for these purposes ring us and ask to speak to a Business Development Manager.

In addition you will need to pay for a valuation, our legal costs and an arrangement fee.
